退款換貨須知
若對商品有疑問,請在購買前向供應商提出。購買前詳盡地溝通,可省下退款/換貨所耗費的心力、金錢與時間。
退款申請須於收到商品後隔日起算 7 日內提出
若申請逾時或不符合 DG Club 退貨政策條件範圍,供應商有權拒絕退貨,請在提交申請前與供應商溝通。

供應商會在收到申請後的 3 個工作天內聯繫客人
*
供應商同意寄回後,請在 3 個工作天內,將完整的商品寄出,並以站內信告知供應商(請將使用物流單位及寄件編號一併附上,避免增加來回溝通的時間)
*
供應商在收到商品後的 3 個工作天內會確認商品狀態並完成退款程序

DG Club提供換貨服務

如欲換貨請在收到商品後隔日起算 7 日內以站內信聯繫供應商
*
供應商會依據商品種類或庫存評估是否有換貨服務,請務必先以站內信詢問供應商
*
當供應商同意換貨,請在 3 個工作天內,將完整的商品寄出
*
供應商在收到商品、確認商品狀態後,將於 3 個工作天將指定更換商品寄出

Refunds & Exchanges
If you have any questions about the item, we recommend that you contact the supplier before purchasing. A conversation beforehand can sufficiently reduce the potential time, energy and expenses needed for the refund and exchange process.
Refund requests should be made within 7 days after receiving the order.
Suppliers reserve the right to decline a refund request if it is not made within the 7 day period after the order arrives at the customer or if it does not meet the terms outlined in the DG Club Return Policy. We recommend that you contact the supplier before requesting a refund.
Suppliers reserve the right to decline refund requests for the following product types:

Customized products

Personal hygiene products

Once the supplier receives a request, they will contact the customer within 3 working days.

Once the supplier approves the refund, please return the refund item(s) within 3 working days and send a DG Club message to the supplier to notify them. Please also attach the name of the courier and the tracking number.

Once the supplier receives the refund item(s), they will verify and complete the refund within 3 working days.

This shop provides exchanges

Exchange requests should be discussed with the supplier via DG Club message within 7 days after the order arrives.
*
The supplier will determine whether or not to provide an exchange based on the product type and existing stock. We recommend that you contact the supplier via DG Club message before requesting an exchange.

Once the supplier approves the exchange, please return the item(s) within 3 working days.

Once the supplier receives and verifies the condition of the item(s), they will send the agreed-upon exchange item(s) to you within 3 working days.
